Triton Mock Trial is a student-run undergraduate organization specializing in trial advocacy, public speaking, critical thinking, and theatrical performances. As one of the nation's top mock trial teams, our program offers students the opportunity to travel nationally to compete against other collegiate mock trial teams throughout the country. Using a statement of facts provided at the beginning of the academic year: members will develop a case theory, deliver opening and closing statements, provide witness testimony, as well as gain insight into criminal and civil law through the rules of evidence.
